Main Apartment Features
01. All door frames will be made of Chitagong Segun.
02. The main entrance door shutter will be made of Chitagong Segun and it will be provided with check viewer, Apartment number with decorative plated with logo, Door handle and Security lock.
03. Internal doors shutter will be made of strong veneer flash door of Hatil / Partex / Akij or equivalent.
04. All bathrooms door will have N. poly / RFL / Partex PVC door frames and shutters.
05. Verandah door will be solid PVC or Thai aluminum sliding.
06. Smooth finished plastic / Distemper paint on walls and ceilings in soft colors.
07. Sliding windows will be completed with 4'' Aluminum section and 5mm Color glass, mohair lining and rainwater barrier and fly proof netting provision in Aluminum section.
08. Safety grills will be provided for windows.
09. Concealed electric wirings, intercom lines, gas lines and water lines etc.
10. TV antenna line provision in master bedrooms and living room will be concealed.
11. Electric switches, plug points and other fittings will be Energy Pac /MK type.
12. All cable will be made of BRB/ Super sign/Paradise or equivalent.
13. Power points for air conditioner will be provisioned in master bedrooms and living rooms (depends on DESCO rules).
14. Structural design parameters will be based on American Concrete Institute (ACI) and American Standards of Testing Materials (ASTM) codes and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
15. Protection from cyclone winds up to 210 KPH or tolerate of Earthquake in the Richter Scale 8 (eight).

Bedrooms & Floor Tiles
All bedrooms will be of proportional size. The master bedroom & child bedroom will have attached bathrooms. All Floor except bathroom will be 24'' X 24" of mirror polish (RAK/DBL/Star/Sheltech or equivalent) floor tiles.

Bathroom Features
01. RAK / Rosa / Stella or equivalent Combicloset, Basin as per the availability or choice of developer in all attached bathrooms. Bathroom floor tiles will be 16'' x 16'' and walls tiles will be 12'' x 24''.
02. Pan, lowdown and basin will have in common bathrooms.
03. All bathroom floors walls will attractively tiled up to full height.
04. Mirrors in bathrooms.
05. Good quality local chrome plated fittings like Sattar / Sharif or equivalent.
07. Hot and cold water lines will be concealed in master & child bathrooms and Kitchen.
08. Separate plug points for geyser provision.

Kitchen Features
The Floors will be tiled with 16” x 16” tiles. All walls will be tiled by 12” x 24'' size tiled up to 7 feet height. The working platform and burner shelf will have Tiled. A stainless steel sink and a down wash area in the kitchen for washing pots and pans. 
01. Platform along one wall at 3 feet height from floor level will be made of concrete with tiles work top.
02. Double burner gas outlet over concrete platform for supporting burners.
03. Exhaust fan provision suitably is located.
04. Provision of kitchen hood.
05. Grill up to full height in kitchen verendha.

Optional Features
As per the choice of the allottee different types of interior designing and additional Fittings may be done by NHL after approved. Additional payment should be paid for any optional work by the allottee before starting the work.
